Roof Restoration

Project Overview

Our team have been trained to assist customers with damage due to hail, high winds, storms, and simply just old roofs. We offer customers a wide range of choices for roofing improvements whether it be power washing or replacing the entire roof.

In this project we removed the existing shingles and replaced them with high tech wood shingles with a water & ice shield. We then repainted the exterior of the house giving it a complete and cheap makeover.

Pool House

Project Overview

In this project we erected a one and half story post and beam pool house with loft by Country Carpenters.

The house incorporates Double Clad Siding, 2” foam insulation, Marvin Integrity Ultrax Series SDL low E exterior clad wood interior windows & doors. A bathroom with toilet, pedestal and 3×4 tiled shower with semi-frameless shower door. Finished 2 1/4 “ oak floor. A 3 foot wide heavy duty stairs with railing.

Exterior Renovation / Construction

Project Overview

In this project we had a series of projects on the exterior and interior of this house.

In the foyer we replaced damaged wallpaper. We repaired walls and the ceiling in the office. Latex paint was applied to ceilings and walls as well as trim of doors, windows, baseboards and crown molding. In bathsrooms wallpaper was removed and the walls and ceiling were repaired. A new bi-fold six panel door to closet was installed.

For the exterior we power washed the entire exterior of the house. The pergola by the pool was demolished, rebuilt using Azek and painted with gloss paint. The kick board at the patio door was touched up. Garage doors were reprimed and repainted.
